- It’s Spring and you are sprung – or getting ready to travel, if only in your mind. Activities, people, unexpected situations, changing plans – all are thrown at you to make sure you are adaptable and flexible, and also to allow you to open new doors and expand your horizons. It’s an important month for change and feeling the wind beneath your wings. Fly free and express your self in ways that are liberating. The only caveat is to be aware of how much you are spending monetarily and time wise. A little self-discipline doesn’t hurt along with good judgment, but other than that – Live a Little!
– Family, friends, co-workers, dependents – all things domestic and all things that bear the mark of responsibility…these are in front of you. Love is part of the quotient – a big part. As you feel grateful for the gift of being able to give and to be there for those who need you, you feel the benefit of the giving. If someone is taking advantage, it’s time to expose the issues and make different choices that require everyone to take responsibility for their own actions. Tough love may be necessary – but not through a hardened heart. Remember to reflect the love you want to receive. As you do, it is yours.
– Take time for a break to reflect or walk in nature. Allow special projects or concerns to percolate, and as you pause from over-activity of everyday life and look inward for signs of your own Spring, you may be surprised at what you find. Your spiritual life is calling you this month, either through subtle clues and a feeling of longing for something more meaningful, or because of illness that forces you to slow down. The focus now is on an unhurried approach. Significant relationships can be renewed, or someone new may feel very significant. Pay attention to clues, for there is a meaningful message unfolding this month about your life and purpose that you won’t want to miss.
- Focus attention on what needs to be organized. How can you create more balance in your life? More harmony? More of a sense of dancing with life rather than struggling upstream? See yourself as a system of energy. Visualize the number 8. Turn it on its side. This month is about infinite possibilities and the need to flow with them. Make the sign of infinity with your finger or draw it with a pen. Which loop in your life is larger? Where do you need to chill out and take time to smell the flowers, or conversely make a more concerted effort to achieve a goal? Everything is about a point of balance so that your life is humming along rather than being in a state of disorganized chaos.
– Amidst change or shifting realities, something is left behind. Look to attitudes, relationships, even to junky closets. It’s time to release all elements that are holding you back. Clear the way for new, more appropriate people, jobs, relationships, and use of space. Avoid the temptation to get caught in power plays. Instead, look to Higher Power as your Source and Supply. Climb to the top of the mountain and share what you see. You can hold a vision, inspire others, and overcome major or minor hurdles through a grateful heart that knows all things are possible in God. If you can “see” it, you can achieve it – so enlarge your belief and open to the gifts life has in store for you.
– It’s Spring, and you may feel like reaching out and embarking on a brand new adventure. Your leadership or entrepreneurial skills may be called for. At the very least, you need to stand up for something you believe in and let your voice be heard. It is a good time to make new connections, open doors to possible opportunities, and go out to greet the day. Planting seeds for future success requires action, and this month signals that. You may also be required to handle something on your own that you would prefer to avoid. However, strength of character is forged as well as belief in yourself. Remember, even if you are asked to stand on your own, you are never alone.
– Revelation, inspiration, and awakening. This can be a powerful month of insights that assist you in seeing things in a new light. If there are questions regarding relationships, ask yourself what the caliber of your partnerships are. Do they support and uplift you, or drain and deplete you? How about what you eat? Are you taking in life giving substances, or abusing your body? And thoughts….life affirming, or life defeating? As you are willing to uncover hidden areas and bring them into the light, healing occurs. As you become a vessel of light, inspiration can lead to brilliance. Ideas, inventions, and creation takes place as you lighten up and ignite the light of Spirit within. It’s all about coming out of the shadows into the Light!
– April is a wonderful month for expanding creatively. Put your emotions into expressive activities that fuel imagination in positive ways. Spend time with children or be a child yourself to gain insights about the way they effortlessly interact with the magic of life. Soak it up and find your creative venue for expression. You can inspire others, motivate them to greater action, and attract gifts and favors as a result. You can also wallow in emotional turmoil if you allow yourself to be pulled in by emotional issues. The key to April is recognition that a stage is set, and you are the star. Don’t lose this opportunity because of momentary upsets. Handle what needs doing, but be more detached, and come back to Center stage to play the beautiful part you are given.
– What areas of life feel stuck or rigid? Where do you need to tear down the old and rebuild on a new foundation? The focus is on practical areas of your life. What is solid, and what is not? Where have you limited yourself, and where do you need an infusion of greater self-love and belief in your capabilities? You have an opportunity this month to see things from a different or renewed perspective. Death of the old and birth of the new is part of April, either literally or figuratively. As you risk going beyond old myths you’ve told yourself, you have an opportunity to transform an aspect of your life in large or small ways. The key is willingness to make breakthroughs. Push a little harder…birthing calls for that…and once you’ve done it, the rewards are more than worthwhile!
